Down Hanson Road and onto Woodville Road
Woodville sits inside four roads: Torrens Road on the north, Port Road on the south, Cheltenham Parade to the west and Park Street to the east. The truck comes down Hanson Road and picks up Woodville Road, which carries it south past the town hall and on toward The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Our yard is about 5 km away in Angle Park, over the council boundary in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. Woodville itself belongs to the City of Charles Sturt.
Single driveways, carports and parked-up streets
Much of Woodville is older housing on narrow blocks, with a single driveway, a carport down the side and cars along both kerbs. The tray tilts down off the back of the truck, so the driver needs a straight run behind it. In a tight street we may stop at the nearest corner and bring your car to the truck.
Newer townhouses have gone up on many of the old blocks, with shared driveways and visitor parks. Tell us about the driveway when you ring. If a neighbour’s car is in the way, ask them to move it before the truck arrives.
Jobs we can take around Woodville
- Cars that won’t start in the side streets around The Queen Elizabeth Hospital
- Utes and sedans with seized engines, winched out from under carports
- Unwanted cars cleared off blocks before the builders move in
