The white Hino with the red lettering
Fleet number 1124 on the cab, our phone number on the door and “Car removal, cash for unwanted cars” on the headboard. If you call us, this is the truck that comes.

The tilt tray
It’s 6.5 metres long and carries up to 4 tonnes. The whole tray tilts back until its tail meets the road, making a ramp. The vehicle goes up it on its own wheels and rides flat, so the gearbox and drivetrain don’t turn on the way. It’s the reason we can take all-wheel-drive cars, lowered cars and machines that can’t be towed on their wheels.
The winch
A car that won’t start, a forklift with a flat battery or a tractor that hasn’t run in years is drawn up the tray by the winch cable, slowly. Once it’s on, it’s strapped or chained at each corner.
The rear lift
Behind the tray sits a rear lift. It raises one end of a second vehicle, which rolls behind on its other axle, and the driver picks which end to lift. It’s for an everyday small car, and a bigger one only goes on it if it can be put in neutral. That’s how one trip can move two vehicles from the same address.
One truck, out of Angle Park
