This policy explains how SA Best Towing (“we”) handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. Last updated 22 October 2026.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your name, mobile number, the pick-up and drop-off locations, the vehicle and any notes you add. When you call or text us we receive your phone number and anything you tell us, including a location link if you choose to send one from the “Text us your location” button. That button only reads your location when you press it and your browser asks for permission, and the location goes into a text message on your own phone. This website does not store it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and when a call or text button is tapped. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To quote, book and carry out the job you asked for, to contact you about it, and to send you a link to leave a review afterwards. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only those needed to do the job, such as the repairer, yard or person receiving the vehicle, and the services that run this website and our email. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the job, our records and our legal obligations.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
